Eng. Jalal Kawjy is the General Manager of Codext Soft and an Informatics Engineer with extensive professional experience in software development, systems development, technology project management, and the management of software and digital solutions companies.
He graduated in Informatics Engineering in 1996 and began his professional career during an early stage of the software industry development in the region. This gave him the opportunity to combine hands-on technical experience with strategic and managerial perspectives on software projects. Throughout his career, he has established and managed software ventures and contributed to the development of technology solutions serving individuals, businesses, and institutions.
In 1999, he authored "The Programmer" (Al-Mubarmij), an extensive work in the fields of programming and computing published by Dar Shaa, representing an important part of his early experience in technical education and knowledge sharing.
Today, he leads the overall direction of Codext Soft, with a particular focus on building practical software products, developing scalable digital solutions, and applying artificial intelligence and automation technologies in a purposeful and commercially relevant manner.
His project management approach emphasizes analysis before implementation, phased development, continuous testing, and the flexibility to revise decisions according to real-world results. He also focuses on building cumulative technical and organizational knowledge within the company, allowing lessons learned from each project to become reusable assets for future development.
Within the Codext Soft ecosystem, he oversees product and project strategy, development priorities, feasibility assessment, and long-term planning, while maintaining a balance between technical innovation, quality, security, scalability, and commercial viability.
